Help center

A little guidance.
A lot more confidence.

Practical help for your salon's front desk, from choosing a plan to keeping daily operations running.

Getting started

From your first preview to a confident launch.

  1. 1Compare plans and choose your included voice, texting and location allowances.
  2. 2Add your salon name and explore the receptionist preview.
  3. 3Review your selected plan, setup charge and recurring amount before checkout.
  4. 4After confirmed payment, verify your email and finish your account.
  5. 5Review your services, hours and policies, then complete phone, calendar and texting checks with the launch team.

Your phone number

Understand forwarding, new numbers and transfers.

  1. 1Decide whether you want a new number or to keep your current number.
  2. 2For forwarding, follow the instructions specific to your current carrier and test an actual call.
  3. 3Forwarding voice calls does not automatically transfer SMS service.
  4. 4For porting, confirm eligibility and ownership documentation with support. Keep the current service active until the port is confirmed.

Calendar & bookings

Keep availability grounded in a connected system.

  1. 1Salon Pro Scheduling is the currently implemented native booking option.
  2. 2Review services, durations, staff availability and business time zone before enabling bookings.
  3. 3Connect Google Calendar from your Salon Agent or Integrations page and test a booking before launch. Square Appointments and the other listed providers remain planned.
  4. 4If a calendar cannot confirm availability, the agent should take a message instead of promising a booking.

Messages & human takeover

Make texting feel like part of your front desk.

  1. 1Complete the applicable business messaging registration before launch.
  2. 2Use the shared inbox to read customer conversations and take over when needed.
  3. 3Keep appointment messages separate from marketing. Obtain the appropriate consent and respect opt-out requests.
  4. 4Check delivery status before assuming a client received a reminder. Templates and automation settings live in your dashboard.

Plans & billing

Know your allowance and what happens next.

  1. 1Your monthly subscription and Custom Setup & Launch are separate line items.
  2. 2SMS allowances count segments, not just messages. Longer or multilingual messages may use several segments.
  3. 3Review additional-usage rates and confirm any add-ons with support before enabling them.
  4. 4For invoice questions, changes or cancellation, contact support with your salon name and account email.

Services & your agent

Keep your salon knowledge useful and accurate.

  1. 1Use structured settings to adjust your greeting, voice, languages and business policies.
  2. 2Upload a menu or edit services in Services & Menu. Review the proposed changes before approval.
  3. 3Check the agent's sync status after saving. A saved edit is not proof a provider update succeeded.
  4. 4Run a test conversation and check prices, hours, bookings and human transfer behavior before launch.
